Job summary

Stripe, LLC. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to collaborate across teams and drive large cross-functional programs for core infrastructure including Compute, Networking, Database, and Services.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, program management across all software phases, and strong collaboration with leaders. You will partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other TPMs to scope, drive, and deliver programs while shaping technical design and identifying

Qualifications

8+ years in Technical Program Management or related field.
8 years in Distributed Systems, SOA, and program management across software lifecycles.
6 years in core infrastructure incl. database, cloud compute, networking, services.
4 years in SQL; 3 years in Data Analysis, Cloud Infra, DevProd/DevEx.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure pain points and deliver cross-domain solutions.
Produce high quality written proposals and documentation for programs.
Lead large programs with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to drive to conclusions.
Shape technical design, anticipate roadblocks, and trade-offs with engineers.
