Job summary

xCures Inc. is hiring a Technical Program Manager to run the operating system of its Customer Solutions team, bridging customers, platform, and engineers. You’ll report to the Director, Customer Solutions, with dotted line to the PMO, making delivery visible, predictable, and measurable.

You will own intake, triage, and program tracking, work with Sales and Product, and help teams ship AI-native tooling and integrations quickly while maintaining high engineering focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program management, product operations, or project management in a technology environment.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Experience working with both engineering teams and customer-facing roles, and translating between them.
• Technical acumen and curiosity: able to engage substantively on APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI and LLM tooling.
• Experience creating training materials and technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery reporting for Customer Solutions: maintain the single source of truth on program status, risks, and dates.
• Manage intake and triage of inbound requests from Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Track active customer integration and onboarding programs from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and maintain internal and external technical training, product guides, and support resources.
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops for the team's tools and integrations.
• Work with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and the PMO to align with platform priorities.
• First 90 days: stand up intake/triage process and take over program tracking.
• First year: predictable, measurable delivery across all programs and faster contract-to-live cycles.
