Job summary

Fidus is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex development projects for clients, coordinating with Sales and technical teams from scope to delivery. You’ll steer scope, schedule and budgets, building strong relationships across disciplines in a fully remote role with domestic and international travel.

The role emphasizes managing multiple concurrent projects, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical industry experience, with 3+ years in Project Management.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing large projects with PM methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP is an asset.
• Engineering degree and prior technical engineering experience are assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size.
• Coordinate cross-site and cross-discipline teams.
• Forge partnerships with Sales, Customer, and Project Team to ensure efficiency across all aspects.
• Work with Sales and Technical Leads to understand project requirements.
• Own project decisions related to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Regularly update customers and internal management on project status via meetings or reports.
• Manage project process and resources from design through implementation.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements at the project level.
