Job summary

Frontdoor, Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager for a virtual/remote role with travel. You will independently manage multiple projects from planning to execution in a matrixed environment across engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, governance, and risk management, using both agile and waterfall methods. Strong collaboration and communication are essential to deliver enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; PMP preferred.
• 2+ years managing technology projects in a technical environment, agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of technical programs from kickoff to post-launch.
• Create and maintain project plans; coordinate tasks for on-time completion.
• Lead workflow diagrams, design docs, and project collateral with Engineering and Business teams.
• Coordinate with SMEs to derisk technical details and break down complex work across engineers and product managers.
• Monitor resource needs and trade-offs to maximize business goals.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts; manage governance around changes.
• Report status to stakeholders with clear, concise updates and milestone tracking.
