Job summary

Fidus is a global high-tech design firm seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects from scope through delivery. You will collaborate with customers, Sales, and technical teams to manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment as projects evolve from design to implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience, with at least three years in project management.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Experience using project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using project management tracking software such as Microsoft Project.
• PMP certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from medium to large.
• Coordinate project teams distributed across locations and disciplines.
• Forge partnerships with Sales, Customer, and Project Team to ensure efficiency.
• Work with Sales and Technical Leads to understand requirements.
• Own decisions related to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide regular updates to customers and management.
• Manage resources and budgets across design through implementation.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements at the project level.
• Manage technical negotiations with suppliers.
