Job summary

Fidus Systems seeks a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex development projects for clients, from scope through final delivery, working with Sales and technical teams to manage scope, schedule, and budget.

This role thrives on diverse projects and strong cross-functional relationships, delivering on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Fully remote with domestic and international travel to support engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant technical industry experience.
• At least three years of Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering large projects using PM methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate project teams across locations and disciplines.
• Forge strong partnerships with Sales, customers, and the project team.
• Understand project requirements with Sales and Technical Leads.
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget decisions.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and management.
• Manage resources and budgets through design and development to implementation.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements at the project level.
• Negotiate with suppliers on project terms.
