American Specialty Health Incorporated seeks a Product Owner II to shape, refine, and prioritize what the team builds. You will own the backlog end-to-end, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and work across departments to drive solutions.

A hybrid onsite/WFH environment is provided, with emphasis on AI-assisted discovery and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, Agile expertise, and a Scrum Product Owner certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years as Product Owner or Business Analyst leading Scrum teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and curiosity about their impact on product teams.
• Creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories and writing clear acceptance criteria.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner within 1-1.5 years.

Responsabilités

• Own the product backlog end-to-end with refined user stories.
• Collaborate with departments to drive functional solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into user stories for the Scrum team.
• Leverage AI tools throughout discovery and requirements process.
