Job summary

Group O is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of marketing products, offers, and promotions in a fully remote role in the United States. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive lifecycle changes across backend systems and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT/technical product leadership, strong cross-functional communication, and experience with PEGA, Power

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, CS, IS, Data Science, or related field preferred.
5+ years IT/technical product or delivery management experience in a complex enterprise environment preferred.
Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements for IT systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Marketing/business stakeholders and IT; translate objectives into technical requirements.
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Sales Ops, Customer Care, IT, Engineering, Architecture, Legal to develop solutions.
Lead programs that span multiple units and may not follow a repeatable framework.
Manage IT enhancement initiatives supporting campaigns, launches, promotions, and lifecycle changes.
Oversee lifecycle management of products, promotions, offers, and rate changes across services.
Lead requirements gatherings and stakeholder discussions to obtain approvals.
Facilitate submission of technical requirements to downstream IT and catalog/configuration teams.
Provide regular leadership updates on status, risks, and decisions.
