Job summary

Urrly is seeking a Technical Product Manager for its Clinical Platform to turn complex workflows into usable products. You will own end-to-end work from discovery through launch, collaborating with clinicians, operations, client service, and engineering.

You will own the platform roadmap (scheduling, outreach, documentation, coding quality, the PostgreSQL warehouse) and write SQL for data investigations, define integrations, and ship AI-enabled features with strict quality controls.

Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience required.
• SQL fluency with joins, aggregation, and window functions.
• Experience authoring integration specifications (FHIR/HL7/C-CDA).
• Shipped AI/LLM features with evaluation and human review.

Responsibilities

• Own platform roadmap across scheduling, outreach, documentation, coding and quality review.
• Define EMR/HIE integrations and client reporting, ensure go-live readiness and acceptance criteria.
• Ship AI-enabled features with measurable outcomes and quality thresholds.
