iRhythm Technologies seeks a Sr. Product Manager for the Digital Platform - Clinician Workflow to define and deliver clinician-facing web portal capabilities that improve workflow efficiency and scale platform capabilities.

You will partner with engineering, design, clinical operations, and regulatory teams to translate user needs into scalable software solutions across multiple products. This role emphasizes strong discovery, roadmapping, and outcomes measurement.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in software platforms or digital health.
Experience in healthcare IT or regulated software environments.
Ability to define scope, write requirements, and guide teams through ambiguity.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Experience with analytics to monitor adoption and impact.

Responsibilities

Lead product discovery through VOC, clinician workflow research, and stakeholder feedback.
Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing user needs and feasibility.
Translate strategy into requirements, stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams through development, launches, and adoption.
Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to deliver features.
Measure product performance, adoption, and operational impact to inform roadmaps.
Willing to travel up to 20%.
