Urrly is seeking a Technical Product Manager for its Clinical Platform to turn complex workflows into usable products. You will own end-to-end work from discovery through launch, collaborating with clinicians, operations, client service, and engineering.
You will own the platform roadmap (scheduling, outreach, documentation, coding quality, the PostgreSQL warehouse) and write SQL for data investigations, define integrations, and ship AI-enabled features with strict quality controls.
Technical Product Manager, Clinical Platform
Build the clinical products that power a growth-stage health-tech company's next chapter. Join a company that has raised over $100 million in funding, report directly to the Chief Product Officer, and own systems that help care teams serve hundreds of thousands of members.
Turn complex clinical workflows, data, and integrations into products people use every day. You'll own work from discovery through launch and adoption, partnering directly with clinicians, operations, client service, and engineering.
Healthcare industry experience is required, along with working knowledge of HIPAA constraints. You bring 4+ years in product management, technical product management, or closely related work, with direct ownership of shipped products.
You are fluent in SQL, including joins, aggregation, and window functions, and have managed products for an EMR, HIE, or another major clinical platform. You have personally authored integration specifications using FHIR, HL7 v2, or C-CDA and shipped production AI/LLM features with a clear approach to evaluating output quality. Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC is expected, as is the ability to move precisely among clinical, engineering, operations, and client conversations.
Experience in value-based care, health risk assessments, annual wellness visits, or at a comparable preventive-care or clinical-services company is a meaningful advantage, but is not required.
Work remotely within the United States, with occasional travel for team and client meetings.
