Job summary

TailorCare in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Clinical Operations Platform, partnering with the Care Team to deliver impactful tools for patient care. You will translate ambiguity into a clear multi-quarter roadmap and articulate a compelling product narrative.

You will mentor other product managers, collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and designers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research, specs, data analysis, and executive communications while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with clinical teams and across multiple product areas.
• Daily fluency with AI tools for research synthesis, writing, data analysis, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Independently define product strategy for ambiguous problems across Clinical Operations product areas.
• Own multi-quarter roadmap planning with engineering leads on capacity and tradeoffs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, spec writing, data analysis, and executive communications.
• Identify and unblock root-cause barriers; drive learnings into future plans.
• Drive product discovery and validate new strategic initiatives and market opportunities.
• Define and evolve metrics to assess health and impact of product area.
• Create compelling executive-level narratives and mentor other PMs.
