Job summary

Managed.com is a remote-first, AI-oriented technology company behind brands including HostPapa, ColoCrossing, Hostopia, and others. We are seeking a Consultant, Technical Product Management to own business cases, roadmaps, and design for integrations between a commerce platform and key technology vendors.

You will prototype integrations, write requirements, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in technical product management, solution architecture, business analysis, or software engineering.
• Hands-on programming background with Python, Go, or SQL for prototyping and data tasks.
• Experience with REST APIs, reading specs and prototyping integrations.
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for eng teams.
• Regular use of AI assistants or agentic workflows for research and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Build business cases and ROI analyses for integration candidates and prioritize opportunities.
• Own and maintain integration roadmaps, monitor API changes and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycles from prototyping to production launch and adoption.
• Define consistent customer journeys and integration design standards across the portfolio.
• Write requirements, user stories, use cases, and technical docs for delivery teams to implement.
• Prototype integrations using vendor APIs and AI-assisted workflows.
• Read API payloads, map to lifecycles, and build working prototypes in code.
• Measure adoption and ROI, guiding improvements based on results.
• Foster relationships with customers and vendor contacts to support launches.
