Job summary

HostPapa, Inc. (Managed.com family) seeks an experienced Consultant, Technical Product Management to own the business case, roadmap, design, and delivery of integrations between a commerce platform and strategic technology vendors.

This role blends API prototyping with AI‑assisted workflows and close collaboration with engineering, commercial, customer, and vendor stakeholders. You will lead the full lifecycle of integrations, set customer journeys, write precise requirements, and measure ROI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, solution architecture, business analysis, or software engineering, including product ownership.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, including reading specifications, interpreting requests and responses, and independently prototyping integrations.
• Regular, practical use of AI assistants or agentic workflows for research, specification, analysis, or prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Build the business case and ROI for integration candidates and prioritize opportunities.
• Own and maintain the integration roadmap by monitoring vendor API changes and customer needs.
• Lead integrations across the full lifecycle from modeling to production launch and adoption.
• Define consistent customer journeys and integration design standards.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and technical docs for delivery teams.
• Prototype integrations using API documentation, AI assistants, and agentic workflows.
• Read API payloads, map to lifecycles, and build working prototypes in an appropriate language.
• Measure integrations against adoption, reliability, and ROI targets and iterate.
• Build relationships with customers and vendor contacts to support launch and adoption.
• Collaborate across engineering, architecture, product, sales, and support to deliver solutions.
• Plan and track delivery using Agile practices and shared tools.
• Support additional tasks as needed to meet team goals.
