Job summary

Managed.com is seeking a Consultant, Technical Product Management to own business cases, roadmaps, design, delivery, launch, and adoption of integrations between a commerce platform and vendor APIs. This is an individual-contributor role with autonomy in day-to-day decisions.

The role blends technical product leadership with hands-on API prototyping, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, commercial, customer, and vendor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technical product management, solution architecture, business analysis, or software engineering with product ownership.
• Experience reading API specs and prototyping integrations.
• Proficient in Python/Go/SQL or similar for reading code and prototyping.
• Experience with REST APIs, reading specs, and building prototypes.
• Experience creating product requirements, user stories, and customer journeys for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build business cases and ROI analyses for integrations.
• Own and maintain the integration roadmap.
• Lead integrations from prototyping to production launch and adoption.
• Define customer-facing journeys and integration standards.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Prototype integrations using vendor APIs and AI-assisted workflows.
• Measure adoption and ROI, guiding improvements.
• Collaborate across engineering, architecture, product, sales, and support.
