The role sits at the intersection of product management and technical business analysis, handling incidents, defects, and translating client needs into actionable requirements for the development team.

You will engage with stakeholders, facilitate SDLC activities, and contribute to roadmap discussions while delivering high-quality documentation and release notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong ability to gather and analyze information from diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning a new product and processes.
• Clear communication with clients and technical teams.
• Maturity to escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the EDPlan product and its configuration.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and diagrams.
• Own incident management from start to finish and drive timely resolution.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and communicate status to closure.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA to plan tests and support UAT.
• Act as primary client liaison for defect status and release timing.
• Support product improvements, feature configuration, and roadmaps.
• Manage multiple streams of work across products and deadlines.
