Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support multiple client projects in a remote role. You will assist with business/data analysis, prepare materials, and coordinate project artifacts while learning from senior staff.

This position emphasizes collaboration, policy research, and RFP support, with opportunities to contribute to market insights and client deliverables across health, education, and human services sectors. Some travel may be required (<5%).

Qualifications

• Interpersonal, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented approach to deliver solutions that matter.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools.
• Strong client support and service mindset.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and apply policy research.
• PMI certifications are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide supporting business/data analysis for various consulting projects.
• Learn from client projects and support multiple workstreams.
• Follow direction, collaborate on prioritization, and make effective assignment decisions.
• Coordinate and prepare materials, documents, and status reports for meetings.
• Document and distribute key takeaways and action items from client meetings.
• Support clients with project inquiries and requests.
• Assist clients with proprietary tools and technologies.
• Prepare project artifacts, including reports and presentations.
• Research industry trends and discuss market opportunities with the team.
• Assist business development with RFP coordination, writing, and review.
