Strategic Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Engineer for a remote position. You will lead technical efforts across client engagements, collaborate with project managers and solutions architects, and deliver compliant, secure technology solutions in cloud and on‑prem environments.

This role requires strong MSP experience, the ability to work independently, and a track record of driving customer success.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical leader within the department to guide, support and develop technical solutions as required for client and internal engagements.
• Takes a leadership role within the Service Delivery team to mentor, train and guide junior service delivery staff.
• Achieve an 85% billable utilization for overall time including time for active client projects and professional service requests.
• Maintain at least a 90% CSAT score on projects delivered.
• Create, update and maintain client information in our documentation system as changes in their environment occur.
