The role requires 10+ years of IT project management, 8+ years in eCommerce, and strong stakeholder management. This is a remote position with occasional collaboration for US-based teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT project management experience.
• 8+ years managing complex eCommerce and modern web applications initiatives.
• 5+ years managing complex enterprise eCommerce lifecycles including cart, multi-currency, and order management.
• 3+ years using CommerceLayer or comparable headless commerce platforms.
• 4+ years delivering Contentful CMS in headless/Jamstack architecture.
• 3+ years coordinating content modelling, migrations, onboarding.
• 3+ years delivering React.js/Next.js projects and deploying via Vercel.
• 10+ years senior client-facing project/delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for global composable eCommerce and headless web initiatives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, content, business, and client stakeholders.
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, release plans, dependencies, and governance.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks in distributed architectures.
• Manage scope, budget, resources, and change control.
