Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Headless CMS, Composable Commerce, and Jamstack initiatives. You will guide distributed teams across engineering, QA, content, and business units to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in IT project management, 8+ years in eCommerce, and hands-on experience with CommerceLayer, Contentful, Next.js, and Vercel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT project/program management experience.
• 8+ years delivering complex eCommerce/web applications.
• Experience with Headless/Composable eCommerce solutions.
• Hands-on with CommerceLayer, Contentful, Next.js, and Vercel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for global composable eCommerce and headless initiatives.
• Establish charters, roadmaps, milestones, and governance.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teams.
• Manage release planning across dev, QA, UAT, staging, production.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks in distributed architectures.
