Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Data & AI) to architect our customer-facing data and AI strategy, sitting at the intersection of data science, engineering, and client value. You’ll partner with executive clients to co-develop predictive models and data products that drive ARR and measurable outcomes.

You will translate complex problems into actionable specs, own the roadmap, and collaborate with marketing and sales to launch features that move SaaS metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience across Product Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Strong Business & Product Acumen: connect a complex feature to customer ROI.
• SQL Fluency: comfortable writing joins and aggregations to explore data.
• Data Visualization chops: experience with a modern BI platform (Sigma/Tableau/Looker).
• The Translator superpower: elite communication skills for executives, sales, and engineers.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, and Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI & data vision and own the Predictive Roadmap for external AI/ML models and data products.
• Co-Innovate with Clients: embed with customers to validate ideas and co-develop features.
• Turn backend algorithms into intuitive data visualizations and compelling demos.
• Translate complex business problems into precise technical specs and data requirements for engineers.
• Own GTM collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales to drive adoption and ARR.
