Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the Data & AI team to advance our data platforms and predictive modeling capabilities. You'll translate stakeholder needs into data, model, and analytics requirements, partner with Analytics, MLOps, and Engineering, and drive adoption across the enterprise.

This hybrid role requires strong SQL/Spark/Python skills and data governance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, data management, or consulting with a record of high performance.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with data teams and end-users.
• Strong ability to explain complex product and data strategies.
• Proficiency with Agile and experience with Scrum and Jira.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Spark and Python.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Background check including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver roadmap and technical requirements for data/analytics capabilities.
• Prioritize activities based on business and user impact.
• Understand end-user needs, fill gaps, and grow adoption.
• Gather requirements for data processing/storage for model/analytics use cases.
• Set and achieve success metrics to improve business results and data accessibility.
• Enforce data quality standards and data governance.
• Support data-driven use cases and MLOps integration.
• Collaborate with AI and MLOps to support deployment pipelines on AWS and on-prem.
