Job summary

WorkWave is seeking an applied data scientist or engineer to turn raw operational data into product features that improve how customers make decisions. You will own the end-to-end process from problem framing to deployment, ensuring models are usable, explainable, and measurable in a live product.

You will build data, ship models, and work with product and software teams to embed AI into workflows, while learning the domain and delivering tangible customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in applied data science, ML engineering, or data engineering with production models.
• Strong Python and ML libraries for tabular problems.
• Solid SQL expertise required.
• Experience deploying models and working with data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own problem framing, data engineering, model building, and deployment in a real product.
• Define evaluation strategies and measure business impact.
