WorkWave is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Data & AI) to lead our customer-facing data strategy. You will partner with executive clients to co-develop predictive models and SaaS data products that drive ARR, adoption, and retention.

This remote-first role in the United States requires strong SQL, data visualization, and executive storytelling skills. You will bridge data science, engineering, and product marketing to launch impactful AI features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across Product Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Proven track record delivering data/AI features in SaaS products.
• Experience with modern BI tools and presenting data clearly.
• Elite communication skills with executives and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the Predictive Roadmap for external AI/ML models and data products.
• Co-innovate with strategic clients to validate ideas and define features.
• Turn backend algorithms into intuitive data visuals and demos.
• Translate customer problems into precise technical specs for engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to launch data/AI features that boost SaaS metrics.
