Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) for Data Center Networking (Apstra). This remote role supports Apstra, HPE's intent-based automation platform, bridging Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and the Field to create compelling technical content, demonstrations, and customer-facing assets.

You will develop enablement content, deliver presentations, stay current on data center networking trends, and help position products with clear messaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Technical Marketing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of modern data center networking technologies: IP Fabrics, Spine-Leaf, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN.
• Hands-on experience with network automation using APIs, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Experience presenting complex technical solutions to customers, partners, or field organizations.
• Proven ability to build engaging product demonstrations communicating customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical enablement content: presentations, guides, white papers, labs, and training materials.
• Design and maintain product demonstrations showcasing customer challenges and outcomes.
• Support field teams with technical content and customer-facing assets.
• Deliver presentations at customer meetings, internal enablement sessions, and conferences.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and regional teams for launches.
• Stay current on emerging data-center networking, automation, AI, and cloud trends.
• Translate complex concepts into clear messaging for technical and executive audiences.
