Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a Core UX focus. This remote role, based in Europe, offers ownership of end-to-end features and collaboration with data, ML, and DevOps teams to deliver polished, high-performing interfaces.

You will apply frontend expertise with full-stack skills to refine functionality, improve usability, and drive scalable cloud-based solutions while working in a distributed international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, architecture, and problem-solving.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Strong programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with cloud and serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda/EC2.
• Relational database experience, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects independently.
• Proactive, transparent communication in a distributed international environment.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or distributed systems is a plus.
• Authorized to work in a European country; engagement offered on a B2B or contractor basis with no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Refine and improve product functionality with emphasis on usability, consistency, responsiveness, performance, and visual quality.
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack solutions supporting reliable user experiences.
• Implement thoughtful frontend interactions and layouts across the product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to evolve product capabilities.
• Contribute to system design, debugging, and performance improvements across the stack.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through completion with minimal oversight.
• Experiment with approaches, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly to enhance functionality and impact.
• Communicate blockers and updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to scalable cloud-based architectures and asynchronous workflows.
