You will collaborate with product and design partners, balance hands-on coding with people management, and help build a world-class engineering team in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of frontend and backend development with shipping high-impact products.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineers—formal or informal.
• Strong React fundamentals and background with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience in a start-up environment with fast-moving, multi-hat roles.
• Excellent communication to influence product direction and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements and deliver high-quality production code.
• Build and maintain user-facing features from database models to UI components.
• Own technical architecture for major initiatives and guide complex decisions.
• Create services and APIs to support new and existing features.
• Drive large releases to production with CI/CD and maintain system health.
