You are a seasoned engineer with React/TypeScript/Node experience, comfortable shaping architecture and collaborating with product and design. Based in the United States, you’ll help build scalable systems and hire top talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in frontend and backend development.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and driving technical growth.
• Strong React fundamentals and TypeScript/Node background.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements and deliver production-ready code with strong UX.
• Build and maintain features from database models to UI components.
• Own the technical architecture for major initiatives and guide decisions.
• Create services and APIs to support web apps and new features.
• Maintain system health, refactor code, and ensure robustness.
• Write clear specs and drive deployment with cadence.
• Drive large releases to production with CI/CD practices.
• Set standards for code quality, testing, and engineering excellence.
• Directly manage 2-6 engineers, conducting 1:1s and reviews.
• Mentor engineers and unblock the team through coaching.
