Solace, a U.S.-based healthcare technology startup, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own product work from design to deployment. You will work with a talented team, deliver features daily, and ship a revolutionary product used by live users.

You are an experienced engineer with a passion for crafting high-quality solutions, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to take ownership in a fast-moving environment. This role is on-site in Redwood City, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend and backend development experience.
• Strong React fundamentals and TS/Node background.
• Experience in startup environments; able to own end-to-end features.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bias toward action and execution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements and deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
• Build and maintain new user-facing features from database to UI components.
• Take full ownership of your work and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and design to improve user experience.
• Create services and APIs to drive web apps.
• Maintain health of systems, refactor, and improve robustness.
• Write clear specs for reliable deployment.
• Drive large releases to production on a continuous cadence.
