Job summary

LANshack is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Solutions Specialist to respond to inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, and guide projects from initial contact to order completion. This fast-paced role blends customer service, inside sales, and technical quoting within a remote-friendly NJ base.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in a related B2B field, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, quoting, purchasing, procurement, or a similar B2B role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable answering inbound customer phone calls throughout the day.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn technical products and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries to support quotations.
• Prepare quotations and guide projects from inquiry to order completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and production for pricing and lead times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation; help improve processes.
