You will maintain a robust pipeline, collaborate with marketing and sales engineering, and negotiate contracts. A track record of quota beating and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle sales experience in SMB space.
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Multitasking and strong time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable demonstrating software to executives.
• Experience using a CRM or contact management system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to explain benefits of talent management.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new logo business by contacting prospects via phone and email, qualifying needs and proposing Cornerstone solutions.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Schedule and perform online product demos for prospects and clients.
• Provide inside sales, marketing, and sales engineering support.
• Prioritize activities to meet sales quotas and management objectives.
• Maintain lead records in CRM and foster long-term relationships.
• Work with internal resources to develop strategic growth plans.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate contracting processes.
