Mold-Masters, a Hillenbrand company, is seeking a Technical Field Sales Manager to drive growth across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Based in major Southeast cities, you will travel up to 90% and connect customer needs with technical and commercial solutions in the plastics sector.

You will build relationships, deliver technical consultations and sales presentations, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer success and business value.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of sales or sales support experience in plastics or related manufacturing industry.
• Ability to understand customer applications and articulate technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and technical consultations.
• Identify customer requirements and prepare tailored pricing, proposals and discounts.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Prepare forecasts and reports on sales volume, pipeline, and market conditions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to refine sales programs and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve execution and customer support.
