Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development or marketing.
• Background selling textile fibers, ideally spun yarn or nonwovens.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical customers.
• Proven ability to manage a project pipeline and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Own direct sales for technical fibers across designated key accounts.
• Build and manage a sales project pipeline for growth.
• Identify and commercialize new opportunities in target markets.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships with ~15 visits per month.
• Negotiate pricing and resolve technical issues within frameworks.
• Contribute to market strategy, plans and weekly forecasts.
• Coordinate activity with sales teams in other regions.
• Represent the business at trade shows and conferences.
• Travel up to 50%, mainly US, Canada and Mexico.
