Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Technical Eligibility Analyst to support the Eligibility Department from a remote/home setup. The role includes loading Triple E files, performing manual eligibility updates, and maintaining data accuracy across Luminare Health systems following established procedures.

Candidates should have at least three years of eligibility experience, strong data-entry skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum three years Eligibility experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production driven environment.
• Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with employees/members, providers, clients and various levels of staff including Client Management.
• Ability to understand and execute instructions in oral, written, or diagram form.
• Flexible; open to process improvement.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Good leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking.
• Ability to handle problems in varying situations and resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Perform eligibility processing tasks and data entry.
• Load Triple E files and updates to eligibility records.
• Enter and modify eligibility data in Luminare Health systems per procedures.
• Respond to phone, email and written inquiries from employees, members, clients and coworkers.
