Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking an ELR Specialist to manage Electronic Lab Reporting onboarding and ongoing maintenance. The role emphasizes HL7 2.5.1 proficiency, collaboration with interface teams, and troubleshooting data interface issues. Public health system exposure is a plus.

The position is remote with 100% flexibility and supports collaboration with health departments across the United States. Experience with ELR, HL7, and Rhapsody is required for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Lab Reporting ELR onboarding, maintenance.
• Strong understanding of HL7 2.5.1.
• Experience working with Rhapsody OR directly with interface teams.
• Experience troubleshooting data, interface issues.
• Exposure to public health / state health department systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and maintain ELR pipelines in collaboration with state health partners.
• Partner with interface teams to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Troubleshoot data and interface issues to minimize downtime.
• Apply HL7 2.5.1 standards to ELR integrations.
• Support public health system integrations and data flows.
