Qualifications

• Progressive senior leadership experience directing complex staff organizations, front-office operations, and integrated program portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams of military officers, civil service personnel, and contractors.
• Direct front-office operations and integrate strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
• Govern resource management and oversee special projects to enable senior leaders’ decision-making.
• Shape executive communications, staff papers, and strategic documentation to govern the executive battle rhythm.
