Job summary

Keller Management Services, LLC seeks an Engineering Data Coordinator to support engineering and construction operations by entering project information into the Design Request System. The role ensures data is accurate, organized, and accessible for engineering, project management, and field teams.

You will receive information from Project Managers, Field Engineers, and other stakeholders, enter it into company databases, and maintain records throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in engineering tech or related field
• Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
• Familiarity with databases or project management software
• Geotechnical/construction experience is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

• Review incoming project information and route via email and internal channels
• Enter project data into the Design Request System accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update project records throughout the lifecycle
• Organize, track, and verify information from multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to resolve missing, unclear, or incomplete information
• Ensure data consistency and quality in company databases
• Assist with document management and electronic record organization
• Maintain confidentiality of project and company information
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management and workflows
