Defense Unicorns seeks a Customer Success Leader embedded with customers to drive real value from our Kubernetes-enabled platform. You will partner with engineers and executives to ensure each account achieves growth, adoption, and long-term success across diverse environments.

You will be a strategic advisor, navigating complex deployments, and helping customers scale while aligning with security and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ability to translate customer value to productized outcomes.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional problem solving to drive business insights.
• Background working with platform engineering teams in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales success lead for assigned commercial accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership and engineering teams.
• Develop and execute outcome-aligned success plans for customers.
• Lead Quarterly/Executive Reviews focused on platform value and customer outcomes.
• Identify adoption gaps, risks, and expansion opportunities across accounts.
