Job summary

ProPower is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the MiFILE team as it migrates documents from local DMS to the MiFILE DMS, analyze customer requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories within an Agile environment.

The role collaborates with Michigan courts and stakeholders, documents workflows, and ensures proper configurations and testing across systems, with travel to Lansing as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in business process analysis, application implementations and training, project coordination/management and business-related experience.
• Experience in the Michigan trial court system is highly preferred.
• Experience using Hyland’s OnBase software is highly preferred.
• Agile development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• BABOK guide-based business analyst processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Software Development Life Cycle and development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Michigan courts and stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and challenges.
• Lead project/implementation engagements in an agile environment.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
• Document workflows and user stories using standard tools; create as-is and future-state maps.
• Provide client support during and after implementation and perform ad-hoc analysis to support decisions.
• Maintain project documents, dashboards, status reports, issues logs, and change control documents.
