Job summary

ProPower seeks a Technical Business Analyst to support MiFILE implementations for Michigan Judicial Information Services. You will translate business needs into user stories, map as-is and future-state processes, and drive agile requirements in a state-wide electronic filing initiative.

Experience with Michigan courts or Hyland OnBase is highly preferred. The role involves remote work with travel to Lansing and court locations, and requires collaboration across multiple teams to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years in business analysis, requirements, testing, and producing production documentation.
Experience in Agile environments and BABOK-guided analysis.
Experience with Michigan courts and Hyland OnBase is highly preferred.
Proficient with MS Office and SDLC concepts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with courts and stakeholders to map as-is and future processes.
Translate business requirements into functional user stories and acceptance criteria.
Lead requirements elicitation, interviews, and workshops in agile settings.
Maintain project docs, dashboards, and risk/resolution logs.
Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
