Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in information/computer technology, business systems or related field.
• 7 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• 9 years of experience with an associate degree.
• 11 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience in business systems analysis and IT with increasing technical complexity.
• Familiarity with IEEE Software Development standards or equivalents.
• Strong written communication and the ability to present information concisely and visually.

Responsibilities

• Interview and research IT business requirements.
• Translate requirements into specifications for complex technical projects.
• Archive documentation for projects.
• Communicate with highly technical stakeholders to develop requirements.
