Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners in Portland, OR seeks a Technical Business Analyst to support the Technology Compliance Program within the CIO. You will monitor policies, analyze opportunities, and develop materials while ensuring agency compliance and facilitating internal audit reporting.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, technical writing, and proficiency with Visio, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office suite. Remote in Portland with one onsite day per month; must reside in OR/WA/ID/MT.

Qualifications

Degree in information technology/systems, business administration, or related technical discipline preferred.
With a Bachelor's degree, 7 years of experience required; with an Associate's degree, 9 years; without an applicable degree, 11 years.
Experience with regulatory/compliance requirements such as FISMA, NIST, NERC, FMFIA, or others.
Experience in audits and reporting; policy writing.
Proficiency with process diagramming (Visio).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint for file management.
Strong technical writing and ability to present information in textual, graphical and statistical formats.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID required.

Responsibilities

Support the Technology Compliance Program Manager and Compliance Program within CIO.
Assist with monitoring technology policies and opportunity analyses.
Develop program materials and track agency compliance requirements.
Support internal audit reporting activities and drafting processes.
Review documentation for accuracy and develop a SharePoint library for tracking compliance work.
