Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science plus 5+ years of field diagnostics experience or Master's with 3+ years of field diagnostics experience.
• Experience in Clinical Chemistry, Clinical Hematology, Clinical Urinalysis or Clinical Immunoassay.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams or projects with positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Applications Associates.
• Align with Beckman Coulter goals and perform daily management to meet objectives.
• Drive customer installations, operator training and ongoing support in a remote, travel-intensive role.
