Qualifications

• CPA strongly preferred
• 7–10+ years of accounting experience
• Big 4 or large public accounting background preferred
• Experience with technical accounting research and memo preparation
• Experience supporting M&A and purchase accounting
• Ability to present accounting conclusions to senior executives and auditors

Responsibilities

• Lead research, analysis, and documentation of complex U.S. GAAP matters
• Prepare and defend technical accounting memorandums and position papers
• Partner with executive leadership and external auditors on key accounting conclusions
• Serve as the accounting lead for acquisitions, business combinations, and strategic transactions
• Own accounting policy development and implementation
• Support technical areas including ASC 718, ASC 805, ASC 606, ASC 842
• Partner with Financial Reporting, FP&A, Tax, and Corporate Accounting teams
• Drive process improvements and scalable accounting solutions
