• Ability to coach or mentor junior team members to support growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to drive solution optimization and value.
• Ensure best practices and exceed customer expectations to avoid escalations.
• Coordinate technical changes, upgrades, and execution plans for customers.
• Attend technical solution calls and maintain awareness of complex service matters.
• Monitor support interactions and advocate for customer needs across teams.
• Report KPI and SLA metrics, including code-level reviews and requests.
• Collaborate with Sales/CS/Support to identify new usage and resource opportunities.
• Perform technical account reviews and identify education training add-ons and upsell.
• Maintain knowledge of product suites and future roadmap enhancements.
• Present complex information in group settings and at events.
• Mentor junior team members and manage concurrent workloads.
• Share insights on client requests and industry trends to improve products.
• Travel to client sites and events as required.
