Job summary

Ellucian is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as a strategic advisor for higher-education clients undergoing SaaS transformation. You will align Ellucian's SaaS platform, AI capabilities and delivery ecosystem to institutional priorities, driving modernization and measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional engagement, design AI-enabled workflows, and coordinate with product, delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless modernization and customer success across executive

Qualifications

3–5 years in a technical customer-facing or account management role in SaaS/EdTech or higher-education.
Experience in SaaS/cloud deployments, monitoring, integrations/APIs and cloud-native operations.
Experience designing/operating AI-driven workflows and familiarity with generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of higher-education accounts, building trusted executive relationships.
Drive modernization by guiding cloud-native SaaS adoption, integrations and automation across stakeholders.
Design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows and service-delivery processes, partnering with product and AI teams.
