Job summary

Parallel Domain is seeking a Technical Account Director to build and manage strategic relationships with OEM customers. This remote role involves overseeing complex multi-year engagements and ensuring successful integration of sensor simulation products.

The ideal candidate will have a robust engineering background, at least 8 years of experience in enterprise accounts, and technical fluency in simulation and sensor systems. You'll be the key point of contact, driving alignment and commercial expansion for high-stakes accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise technical accounts.
• Experience with global OEM customers is a strong plus.
• Track record managing multi-million dollar enterprise relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the account end to end including relationship and commercial expansion.
• Guide the customer's technical integration and usage of simulation.
• Drive multi-year account planning and manage concurrent workstreams.

Skills

Engineering background

Technical fluency in simulation, perception, sensor systems

Program management instinct

Strong commercial judgment

Education

BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics
