Job summary

National Water Services is seeking a part-time Field Technician to service water dispensing equipment at a local health food store in Visalia, CA. You will clean equipment, perform on-site technical service, and build strong customer relationships while providing detailed reports by email after each visit.

Requirements include the ability to bend and climb as needed, fluency in English, and having a smartphone with email access. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder.
• Fluent in English.
• Have a Smartphone and Email.

Responsibilities

• Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
• Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
• Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
• Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory etc.
