Job summary

WOW! is seeking a Technical Support Specialist- Commercial to deliver first-level customer support for WOW! Business Voice & Data products in a 24/7 setting. Remote-friendly with eligibility to live in OH or FL; full-time role.

You will diagnose issues, document tickets, and escalate as needed, with 1 year telecom experience and strong communication. Salary starts at $17.75 per hour plus experience-based adjustments; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in telecommunications or tech support in a call center.
• Certifications such as CCENT, Network+, SIP School are a plus.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; RF signals and HFC networks a plus.
• Familiar with networking tools and monitoring applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support via inbound calls for WOW! Business Voice & Data products.
• Interact with customers, vendors, technicians, and WOW! personnel to resolve issues.
• Respond to trouble tickets, chats, and calls; document information for analysis.
• Recognize and diagnose telephony features, VoIP, and customer premises equipment.
• Document issues/solutions in ticketing or billing systems.
