Wideopenwest Networks, LLC is seeking a dedicated Technical Analyst-Commercial to join our Columbus Data Center. This team member will provide exceptional customer service for our WOW! Business Data Product suite while ensuring clients receive timely support.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in telecommunications or technical support, with relevant certifications preferred. The role is full-time and requires in-office presence, working from 5 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.
